How long does the Global Keratin Hair Straightening process take?
The application process takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on the length and thickness of your hair.
After the product is applied, it is sealed with a flat iron at 450˚F to assist in straightening the hair and create a glossy finish.
Results are immediate and can last up to six months.
Will I need touch ups?
Repeating the keratin treatment every few months will continue to improve the quality and appearance of your hair, making it smoother and manageable for an extended period of time.
Anything special I should do after the treatment?
- Avoid shampooing the hair (or getting it wet) for approximately 3 days.
- Avoid pony-tails or hats for at least 3 days.
- Once you are able to shampoo, you MUST us a shampoo that is Sodium Chloride free.
